Tout simplement superbe. J'ai pris le menu insolite en faisant confiance au Chef. Je n'ai pas été déçu. Des saveurs étonnantes et les portions sont gargantuesques ! Bravo et hâte de revenir !

We highly recommend this hotel, located 2 minutes from Eguisheim and 10 minutes from Colmar, nestled at the foot of the vineyards in a charming little village.
A warm and welcoming reception; all the staff are friendly and pleasant.
We ate at the hotel restaurant, a very good establishment offering a set menu cooked over a fire on the terrace. The three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) was reasonably priced, even though the dishes were elaborate and delicious.
The only slight drawback was a rather unfriendly head waitress.
