Logis Hôtel Restaurant Traîteur - LA PALETTE
A wonderful discovery: spacious and quiet rooms (with a view of the vineyards), perfect for airing out the room in summer!
A very refined and generous meal. Very friendly service.

My favorite place to eat when I'm traveling for work.
The restaurant deserves 10 stars! The dishes are truly delicious, perfectly prepared with elegant presentation. And the service is impeccable; the staff and chef are exceptionally kind.
The rooms are a bit rustic, but perfectly adequate as they are clean, quiet, and the beds are comfortable.

We checked the website; it looked like a semi-gastronomic restaurant.
We made a reservation. Upon arrival, we were told we had to eat outside (the thermometer read 37 degrees Celsius)! Once seated, we were informed, albeit reluctantly, that there was only a brazier menu! Two disappointments in two minutes.
I ordered a draft lager as an aperitif—see the photo for what arrived! And it was lukewarm, too! I didn't drink it.
Anyway, we continued. I ordered the duck with chimichurri sauce. It arrived completely overcooked, and as you can see from the photo, the sauce was nothing like chimichurri! The burnt and undercooked vegetables remained on the plate. I didn't have dessert; I'm not completely crazy, but my friends were. It was included in the set menu, which cost a hefty €58 per person. Dessert arrived: a completely soggy baba that tasted like it had been in the fridge (prepared in advance).
If only the staff had been friendly, but they weren't.
In short, I don't recommend it.

It was okay for our needs. However, anyone who doesn't arrive late in the evening and has to leave very early the next morning should look for something else.
