The dishes were simply exquisite, refined, and enjoyed by all our guests. The team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, always available, smiling, and attentive to every detail.

The highlight is the restaurant. They set the bar so high that we didn't enjoy any other restaurant for the rest of our stay in Alsace.

The hotel itself is simple, but clean and nicely decorated with artwork.

The service is impeccable—pleasant, helpful, and warm. It's a real treat and almost a rarity these days to find this level of quality in tourist areas.

No swimming pool. The rooms are a bit bland. Nevertheless, we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant isn't anything special; I found it very basic and average considering the price. The positive point is the large parking lot. So my opinion is rather mixed. I think it's a bit expensive for what's offered, but it wasn't unpleasant.
