How to win a Fidelity check?

Cumulate up to 1,400 points to get a discount of 15 €, you can accumulate your points until you get a check of 120 €, renewable
 
How to use your Fidelity check?
In all the Logis (hotels or restaurants), submit your rebate check when you pay.
